1. These terms apply to all agreements to purchases and deliveries of our products.
2. Placing an order includes accepting these terms. Deviation of these terms is only possible after a written confirmation by HorseHairJewellery.com.
3. There is an agreement after your order has been accepted by HorseHairJewellery.com. HorseHairJewellery.com has the right to reject your order or to attach certain terms to the delivery.
4. All estimates are free of obligations. All web shop prices are in Euros, tax included and forwarding-charges excluded. These prices can always be adjusted by HorseHairJewellery.com.
5. All products made by HorseHairJewellery.com will be sent by recorded delivery unless agreed otherwise.
6. Paying HorseHairJewellery.com can only be done in the way that is mentioned under “payment” in the web shop. Other ways of payment are only possible after a written confirmation by HorseHairJewellery.com.
7. Your order will be sent to you within 8 weeks after we have received the complete payment. In case your order can’t be delivered completely or delivered at all, and you’ve already paid, your money will be returned. The agreement will be dissolved then.
8. The given time of delivery is something we strive after and comes in force after we have all the information and the payment. Therefore it’s not binding. By trespassing the delivery time because of a late delivery by our manufacturer, the mail or courier-service, the customer has no rights towards HorseHairJewellery.com. HorseHairJewellery.com is not responsible for any damage done because of trespassing the delivery time.
9. The provided horse hairs should be of a horse’s / pony’s tail. The horse hairs should be clean and tied together with a rubber band.
10. HorseHairJewellery.com judge the provided hairs before using. It’s possible that the hairs can’t be used. HorseHairJewellery.com is not obliged to return the hair to the customer.
11. As soon as the products are delivered, they are the customer’s responsibility. The damage done or costs after the customer can’t take possession of the products are the customer’s responsibility. The costs of returning a product are always the customer ’s.
12. When you return your products you have to make sure it’s prepaid and properly wrapped. If not, HorseHairJewellery.com will reject them.
13. HorseHairJewellery.com reassures that good quality materials are used and that the products correspond with the pictures and descriptions in our web shop. The customer should take into account that there could be slight differences compared to the pictures shown. Such deviations don’t give the customer the right to reject the delivered products, change the customer’s obligations or ask for any kind of refund.
14. In case the customer put the piece of jewellery in contact with water or any other kind of fluid, any right to warranty expires.
15. The products can be returned within 7 days. The products cannot be damaged or used. The shipping costs of the return sending are for the customer. Within 14 days after receiving the returned product the customer can expect a 50% refund on his / her bank account. A complete refund is not possible because the product was especially for the customer.
16. HorseHairJewellery.com never has to pay any compensation to the customer and others, except when HorseHairJewellery.com is to blame.
17. In case of circumstances beyond our control which makes it impossible for us to comply with the agreements, HorseHairJewellery.com never has to pay compensation to the customer and/or other.
18. In case HorseHairJewellery.com for any other reasons is obliged to pay compensation, the owed compensation is the price on the invoice (sales tax excluded) of the concerning product(s).
19. The information given by you is being registered according to the law for the protection of personal information and is only used to get the ordered products to the right destination. Your personal information will not be handed down to others.
20. Only Dutch law is implemented to our offers and agreements.
Pictures, words and images that are in possession of HorseHairJewellery.com cannot be used or copied in any way without permission in writing by HorseHairJewellery.com.
